Part 1 of Keegal Exercises for Men

Greetings

I bet yal didn't know Mr Technics has a Human and Social Biology background :) if the times was different I would of been a Physical or Sex Therapist. so I decided to write a lil 2 part blogg to help the guys out there improve there umm... game if you want to call it that a bit. No shame we are men and we have our selfish times but take time to read this blogg and things would be better not just for you but for her.. or ... him :S :S :S yea times different anyways.

Controlling ejaculation is a huge issue for many men, one that they are often too embarrassed to bring up. How do I control myself? How can I last longer, be firmer and do better? The answer is working out your pubococcygeus muscles (PC) muscles, by doing Kegel exercises for men.

PC muscles control the flow of semen and urine, the firmness of your penis during erection and the shooting power of your ejaculation. They are important, and if kept very strong, will see you into your golden years with a fantastical hard on. The great thing about Kegel exercises for men is that you can do them anywhere, anytime -- and nobody will know the difference.

You will be able to have better sex by being able to better control your orgasms and ejaculations, and last for longer, plus you may get the added kudos of being able to hold up a wet towel with your erection if you practice these Kegel exercises for men.

How do I know where my PC muscles are?

The easiest way to find them is to stop your flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. Another way to isolate them is to put your finger inside your anus; when you contract the right muscles, your anus will tighten. However you decide to find them, once they are found you need to practice feeling exactly where they are located -- it is easy to overcompensate for weak muscles by using the abdominals, buttocks or thighs. These must all stay relaxed when doing Kegel exercises for men.

Now, on to the daily Kegel exercises for men.

Note: These exercises are done hands-free. You do not “squeeze” anything with your hands as they are all done with your PC muscles.

kegel session 1

Exercise A
Sets: 3
Quickly clench and release repeatedly for 10 seconds.

Take a 10-second break between sets.

Exercise B
Sets: 10
Clench and release repeatedly for 5 seconds.

Take a 5-second break between sets.

Exercise C
Sets: 3
Tighten and hold your PC muscle for 30 seconds.

Take a 30 second break between sets.

That’s it for today, but repeat these Kegel exercises for men daily for one week.

kegel session 2

Exercise A
Sets: 10
Clench and hold your PC muscle for 5 seconds.

Release and repeat.

Exercise B
Sets: 3
Quickly clench and release your PC muscle 10 times.

Exercise C
Sets: 3
Clench and release your PC muscle alternatively in long and short bursts for counts of 10.

Exercise D
Sets: 1
Tighten your PC muscle and hold for as long as you can. Aim for 2 minutes.

You can do the session 2 Kegel exercises for men for a week; however, feel free to progress if you feel you are strong enough. Remember that these are strengthening exercises, so start off slowly and build up, just like you would with any other muscle.

Personal Message To All

Greetings

With no delay this blogg is about me answering some messages I been getting on Facebook asking me why I not doing any events ? or have I gave up on the local designers models etc. Before I answer these things I need to state why I have been more invisible but I wasn't not morbid.

I have been quiet yet busy with different projects which I would be hired to do. At the end of the day I needed to watch the industry from a employee view and observe. One thing I have noticed is that in T&T its sad to see that everyone is a promoter and everyone is a model (thanks to Facebook ofc) Now I don't mind someone deciding that they are going to "throw a party" and what not but I have a saying if your going to do something good do it good not halfway or of poor quality. I was apart of a organisation that it started off good but then I released that was the only one who actually wanted to not just have a event to make money but to also actually have a product that would be presentable and profitable to not just the organisation but to the participants as well. However I was targeted , blamed and used as a escape goat when things wouldn't go right. Thing is when children who haven't grown up try to play big boys without listening to someone who has the experience .. never ends well.

Well the result of that venture is that I lost allot of friends even people I would of considered most dear to me but most of all I lost a Product that I invested my heart and soul into because I believed in what it could of done for the Fashion and Modelling industry. Surrounded by lies and Snakes I took allot of bashing and made decisions I had to make for the Brand putting myself and my pride aside but in the end it served me nothing but a kick in the arse. The hardest decision I made was literally separating myself from that brand and wishing that team the best and I still do. However as I sit back and watch the product being shown it is not of good quality because even thou its good to give someone the Chance and the training to be a Model at the end of the day this is a Vanity Business and not everyone can be a Model. I know I am not stating a name because I wish not to slander anyone but Caribbean people can read in-between the lines very well. It took me a while to recover for the hurt I went trough working with the people I had to deal with in which at the end of the day I respect them but frankly wants nothing to do with them because my efforts always use to be non of worth.

With my observations sadly as I was saying before everyone wants to eat a food but when everyone is overdoing what people have a passion for may it be Parties, Modelling, Designing, Photography etc,, Makes it hard for when someone plans his/her venture but gets either no support from the masses because people think its just another event, companies don't want to sponsor because they see you as new and common hence being a liability to not be marketable and the list goes on and on. At the end of the day I support a person looking for a way to make a extra buck but be real with yourself, its either you get people who are educated and are willing to plan a proper event or you just invest your money in someone who is seasoned in it and stay in the background because your harming the industry even more. Being the employee shown me the dark sides of peoples and the good but one thing I realise is that selfishness is taking over our land and nobody at the end of the day wants to help another or has any humility but they wish to put a front on to peoples.

If anyone who truly knows me they know that once I can and your idea seams profitable I will go the distance but even thou I am accustom seeing and getting all sorts of dumb messages on Facebook this last one pushed me to right this blogg,, and I quote.

"Mario. You seem to be working for the big names and doing things that you said you would never have done, yet again you forgotten where you came from. You portray a role that your willing to help and would make a difference yet still from what I have been told you don't business about anyone besides yourself. You reject offers and you abandoned ***Event*** wasn't that your passion ? to help models and designers also promoters as well? go to hell and live a miserable single life"

Now..... sometimes you does have to wonder where does people really come out from? or is it that human beings enjoy trying to hurt or make someone as miserable as them so that they can be happy ? Now I am no angle I have done stuff I have some regrets for but one thing I don't do is try to keep people down also abandon any project without reason. Everything I do is for a reason in which I promised not just to people but myself that I would provide a way for not just for myself to gain the fame, glory on  the industry but for the people who really deserve it as well. Even if its one event or competition or w.e I finally decide it to be I promise you that it would be of a high quality in which being apart of it would be fruitful also entertaining. But at the end of the day I am only 1 person and getting support for anything in Trinidad and Tobago these days (even since back then but its worsts now) is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

The only thing I could say to end this Rant if you want to call it that is that when the time comes I hope I could be supported because its not just about me but its about helping people achieve their dreams as well.

Blackberry Tips (Part 1)

Did you know, there are several time-saving features built in, and several tricks you can do to make your Blackberry even more useful?

#1: Master the Keyboard Shortcuts

“I” - Hit the letter “I” when looking at email in your “inbox view,” or when reading an actual email to file it. If you’re already using my plan for getting control of your email, then you know the importance of filing email to achieving an empty inbox.

“0″ - Hold down the “0″ (i.e. zero) button and then use the thumbwheel to select multiple emails when in your “inbox view.”

“Del” – Use this to delete email you don’t need after highlighting it in “inbox view” – to speed this up even more, you can also remove the delete confirmation.

“C” - Hit the letter “C” when looking at your email in your “inbox view” to compose a new message.
Be sure to check out my “6 Blackberry Tips for Reading Emails” post with additional keyboard shortcuts too!

#2: Setup Your Blackberry to Work Well with Voicemail

Assign your voicemail call-in number a speed dial “hot key” on your cell phone. The fastest way to dial your voicemail call in number (i.e. the number you use to check your voicemail messages) is to assign it a speed dial hot key in your cell phone address book. That way, if you are driving, etc. you can just hold down one button and it will dial your voicemail!

Enter any “login” data for checking your voicemail into your cell phone address book. Most cellphones support a “pause” feature that allows you to put you login data (extension, password, etc.) right after the phone number in your cell phone address book. That way, when you call that number, you will only have to hit one button and it will automatically dial this info for you. This is priceless when checking messages while on the go!

Forward all of your voicemail to one location. To simplify all of the places where you have to check voicemail, you can forward them to one location. Most of the wireless carriers support this functionality.

#3: Get Google Maps for Mobile

One of the most useful apps you can download for your Blackberry is Google Maps. With a simple search (i.e. “breweries in Duluth, MN”), you will get results on a map, turn-by-turn directions, and one-click to call the business you looked up. If you do any business travel at all, it’s an absolute must. I’m sure it will quickly become one of your favourite apps!

#4: Reorder Your Apps in Order of Most Popular

If you hold down the “Alt” key (below “a”) when clicking on an app, a pulldown menu will appear where you can select “Move Application.”
Then, you can order the apps in any way you want! I put my most used apps right next to each other to minimize scrolling.

#5: Update Your Blackberry Email Signature

Your email signature is a valuable “one stop shop” of contact info so people can get a hold of you.
Make sure you always use the same signature on your Blackberry that you do in your main email (usually MS Outlook). That way, readers of your email are less likely to pre-judge your message (“Oh, she’s stuck in an airport and dumping ideas again!”), and they are less likely to know where/how you sent it.

It’s also a great idea to remove all “Sorry if this is misspelled, I’m on a Blackberry” messages. That’s like a website having an “under construction” page – it’s just not necessary. Plus, it makes you look like you can’t spell.

New Apple OSX 10.5 Patch FIXES NOTHING

Apple Releases First OS X 10.5 Update For Nearly a Year – But Doesn’t Patch Any Known Vulnerabilities<<< IKR

(LiveHacking.Com) – Apple have made the interesting move of releasing a security update for OS X 10.5 Leopard which doesn’t actually patch any known vulnerabilities. Instead the update for the oldest of the OS X versions that runs on Intel Macs disables out-of-date versions of Adobe Flash Player. Leopard Security Update 2012-003 disables Adobe Flash Player if it is older than 10.1.102.64. It does this by moving its files to a new directory. If the update disables Flash Player the user is presented with the option to install an updated version of from the Adobe website. Apple disabled Flash Player older than 10.1.102.64 on OS X Snow Leopard and OS X Lion a few days ago. Apple have also released a version of the Flashback malware removal tool designed for Leopard. Apple released the same tool for Snow Leopard and Lion almost a month ago. According to the advisory: “This update runs a malware removal tool that will remove the most common variants of the Flashback malware. If the Flashback malware is found, it presents a dialog notifying the user that malware was removed. There is no indication to the user if malware is not found.” Leopard has been left languishing without any updates from Apple for nearly a year. The last application update was for iTunes in November 2011, while the last operating system level update was in June of the same year.
There are of course still users of OS X 10.4 and OS X 10.5 for the PowerPC which it seems Apple has completely abandoned.

Really apple ?..... smh.....

oh and as usual I would state that all adds on my blogg are virus free so feel free to click em :D

What is love?

Greetings

Honestly these days I think that love or the word love has no meaning. Women crave it, get it, then puts the person in the friendzone. Men Starts off once in his life looking for live then some emotionally hurt woman scars them then Men being Men its Morphing time cause he now lays destruction. Of the emotional one to women giving the term all men is dogs. Question that's asked now is who to blame? It's a topic that hunts our generation because now men and women are brused emotionally, society has a brand on what love looks like, in which it's mostly physical, it's sexually inclined hypocrisy because at the end of it chivery is dead.

I can go on and on into why our world is so lost because when faced with real truthfully, honest,  pure love, Men and to be very honest,,,Women do not appreciate it. Strange enough it have studies that this mostly happens with the blacks and black mixed and caribbean mixed people's.  Now I am not saying that  this not happen across the world but our sweet caribbean was never like how we are now. Is it that we lost touch with God or is it that we became so influenced by Western culture that we not just stop loving each other genuinely not just relationships btw I speak about caring for friends, family even the stranger in need. Yet again by being to loving in this world you can set up yourself badly for hurt.

At the end of it all this Post on love isn't to critizse any particular gender but to just speak about our cold cruel world that we live in now. I pray asking the boss above that I don't become as cruel as the world I live in but at the end of the day I believe that there are still good people around and if each person comes out the shadows and be genuine to the people around them maybe just maybe one day I think the world will become loving again

If not then legalize. Marijuana!!!!!!!

End.

P.S. Adds on my bloggs are virus free so clicking is safe :D

13. Availabilty of Service

Digicel does not guarantee the availability of the Service. The availability of the Service is subject to certain equipment and compatibility/limitations including memory, storage, network availability, coverage, accessibility and data conversion limitations. Service and features are only available in select Digicel service areas. While outside of a select Digicel 4G service area, Customers shall seamlessly transition to 2G (EDGE) coverage within Trinidad and Tobago. To ensure that an existing data session is uninterrupted during the transition to the 2G (EDGE) coverage, Customers must select the ‘2G & 3G’ or ‘2G & 4G’ network mode on their handsets.  Use of the Service when roaming is dependent upon the Digicel roaming partner’s support of applicable network technology and functionality.
