Elle Nytt Dance School one word AWESOMENESS!

Greetings


Besides my normal aggravating issues such as Bmobile......((Don't even want to start there)) I was invited by LaShaun Prescott to her last Dance session with her company Elle Nytt in which :O I was amazed by the raw talent and love for the art of dance within that session. 

Lashaun who is to "me" one of the top dancers fully committed to her skills in Trinidad and Tobago, has always been a good friend to me but I always was amazed by the art she was involved in. I am pretty much she cannot remembers how we met :P but I always admire the passion in which she showed towards her trade, from being one of the energetic dancers in Mr Machel Montano HD band, to being involved with her Dance School Elle Nytt. I always saw her BBM Broadcasts about the sessions etc and was like as soooooon as I have time I will take a visit with my bro from Kboyce Productions and cover one of her sessions in real.... and honestly  >>>           :O              <<< was my expression (inside of course professionalism was maintained). Her experience is not one to be tested with.. this chick been at it since the age of 13 and her professional experience goes as follows.

• Choreographed approximately over 40 dance.
• routines for Soca king Machel Montano and the HD Family and performed with them in Madison Square Garden.
• Judged Synergy TV’s Dance Crew Competition. 
• Elite Soca acts like Kes the Band and Destra have also added Elle’s talented choreographers and dancers to hype up their shows.
• The corporate world call on her when the word Choreography and Performance!

I arrived during the hip hop session with Adrian Daniel for at first I was very intrigued with the repetitive moves then after a while I was in some International Hip Hop Video, but that wasn't all when MS! Megan Navarro came to begin her session honestly I felt exhausted just watching it!! people strutting, ballet, struts, I felt that I was at the Bronx in a ballet studio soaking in a training session for a Broadway bit! I saw a multicultural mixed audience from season to green horns all excited and trilled for each session with few grunts. Honestly if I had a change of clothes I would of joined in because it looked so relaxing yet a workout nerveless!!


I can go speaking on and on however readers or the few illiterates yes I said illiterates in Trinidad and Tobago who still reads (((no offence to no one OK touchy readers !))) and most important people who follow my blogg, will be in treat for a special video and a personal interview with the Elle Team however that takes editing and for now its just lil old me and ofc Kboyce Productions so the actual video will prob be out in 3-4weeks maybe less if we get a sponsor hint hint hint :D :D :D.. However the Photos of the session would be out soon so I'll post em up when I get my hands on them.

On a finishing note, I may be into allot of things however I for one believe that in our political haven of crabs in a barrel called Trinidad and Tobago, we have a diverse, dense, cultured, proactive society within the slums of crime and corruption. Once we can stop being foolish empathetical slaves to society and see how we can help one other may it be musical, dance, acting, modelling w.e it is, we can yet become the Becon for the Caribbean.

The Roaming RAPIST in T&T

Greetings all

Recently on my Facebook I posted and shared and urged people to share the picture of the rapist that's harassing East Trinidad .. Mainly Malabar (Dabadie as well apparently). What prompted me to do it was that a while now I was hearing my mother talking about it which is disturbing because there are only females in my home. Apx 1:30am 7/5/2012 I heard 2 loud screams not like ha ha lol scream but scream for my life screams which I made sure everyone was safe inside and I went outside to see if I could of spotted anything in which that was a failure. I then called a Police officer friend of mind 10minutes after which he told me that he attacked another woman close to my area.

What's bothering me now is that, he seems to be un-catchable.. its like hearing stories from a fairy tale of him, climbing 9feet walls with ease, contorting himself trough tight burglar proofing, literally moving like a ninja in not a cool way I may add.. Social Media is the only way I have gotten the word out about this because it seems that the Malabar Police are either too fat or just not manned enough to track him down because when they do he is always escaping. Yet again Its sad to think that on top of that apparently its alleged that he is dealing with some high level witch craft as well. Can somebody tell me why 1 man is terrorising  Malabar and Environs ? really 1 FLIPPING MAN... Someone commented on my picture on FB why I don't do something about it well 1 I don't want blood on my hands 2 I am not in the capacity to deal with such a person ... legally that is. and 3 I am doing something about it which is sensitizing everyone with the hope that people would give the correct information and do what is the right thing... Honestly thou I don't think he would make it to a Jail Cell because the Authorities are focusing on the Pit-bull Bill and other such important stuff so yet again the Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago ... as usual has to take it up to there own hands.....All I can do is pray for who got distressed by this individual and also grant me the strength not to get blood on my hands if he plays mad enough to enter my home.....

Sando Fasion Week FIASCO

Greetings

Well.. well WELL.. well.. WELL.. as Expected the Bureaucracy of Fashion Week continues..  You know what lets start with the exact post from one of the Very Annoyed Designers of That event..

FB Post: SAN FERNANDO FASHION 2012 WEEK WAS A MESS (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL) I WAS ROBBED BY DERON ATTZ. Where shall I begin first of all Mr Derron Attz has been advertising for the past few months that San-Fernando fashion week is to be held on San Fernando Hill on June 24th @ 5pm Lo and behold on Sunday the 24th of June Orson Charter his mom and myself showed up with my luggage full of Designer wear for my models. we kept walking around in circles looking for at least a tent......but we saw nothing. The security guard walked up to us, he asked us what are you looking for we replied.....(We are designers and we have to show here today) The guard replied....Maam you are about the 20th person that came here with that same story.....I tried to cut in telling him noooo the show is here he said again "maam i heard something about a show in palms club" Just after that We saw a wedding ,horns blowing the bride came out then the beautiful brides made........This appeared to be a well organised wedding (pick sense from nonsense the bride and groom would have planned there wedding months before and derron knew that)..so that means he used San Fernando hill to draw people's attention.
Ok on my way to Palms club now After all we've been through we arrived at palms Club, we immediately went back stage to rack our clothing..Derron walked past and looked at me with one big ( cuteye) let me cut a long story short.the part that hurt me the most was I was the 9th designer to show and the 8th designer used the same models which I used whilst the models was undressing from the 8th designer's clothing he was backstage literally hurrying me send my models out 1/2 way dressed. so due to not getting enough time to dress some of the models some of my pieces was not displayed well and some did not show.

$3,00 for footage and $50,00 for workshop can someone please tell me If I did not get ROBBED by this Excuse of a man called Derron Attz....

:OOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Well well Well.. Another mocary of the Fashion Industry.. sigh.. I not in the mood to Talk about this now yes... I have some other MORE important stuff to do....

Oh yea... somebodyyy gettingggg suuueeeeeeee *in a childish tone* HAHAHAHAHAH...

Finally A Promoter Doing it RIGHT!!!

Greetings all

Different side today where on this calm Thursday night @ Coco Lounge I had the honoured by the owner of Doll House Entertainment to a casual event of pure Class and Relaxmentss<<< as the typical so call trini would say.

This is a every Thursday Feature where I cannot wait to attend for its promised to be of class and calibre. Its been a while since I saw promoters (besides myself ofc!) actually taking the time to invest in a proper event or socialising and not just a rum and wine come wine down the place type of lime per say. Soon I would be visiting a Thursday to experience what is promised and based on the Promoter history I expect professionalism and a clean, relaxed environment in which readers I will provide pictures when I do attend a Thursday session so stay tuned!!

You Decide the PSA by MNS

Here are 2 PSA projects done by local personalities, artistes etc that Tries to deliver a message to the undeliverable society we have today. I hold no hesitation for sometimes I feel that our society is lost and is going down the curb of destruction and unhappiness for which I for one have accepted. But with all hope lost I still have Faith that with the right encouragement and with the right help we can still make a difference.

The Ministry of National Security National Drug council had a program called You Decide which was inspired and planned by yours truly. This blogg wouldn't be a long well versed one in which the content is mainly the videos involved.

Part 1 of Keegal Exercises for Men

I bet yal didn't know Mr Technics has a Human and Social Biology background :) if the times was different I would of been a Physical or Sex Therapist. so I decided to write a lil 2 part blogg to help the guys out there improve there umm... game if you want to call it that a bit. No shame we are men and we have our selfish times but take time to read this blogg and things would be better not just for you but for her.. or ... him :S :S :S yea times different anyways.

Controlling ejaculation is a huge issue for many men, one that they are often too embarrassed to bring up. How do I control myself? How can I last longer, be firmer and do better? The answer is working out your pubococcygeus muscles (PC) muscles, by doing Kegel exercises for men.


PC muscles control the flow of semen and urine, the firmness of your penis during erection and the shooting power of your ejaculation. They are important, and if kept very strong, will see you into your golden years with a fantastical hard on. The great thing about Kegel exercises for men is that you can do them anywhere, anytime -- and nobody will know the difference.

You will be able to have better sex by being able to better control your orgasms and ejaculations, and last for longer, plus you may get the added kudos of being able to hold up a wet towel with your erection if you practice these Kegel exercises for men.

How do I know where my PC muscles are?

The easiest way to find them is to stop your flow of urine next time you go to the bathroom. Another way to isolate them is to put your finger inside your anus; when you contract the right muscles, your anus will tighten. However you decide to find them, once they are found you need to practice feeling exactly where they are located -- it is easy to overcompensate for weak muscles by using the abdominals, buttocks or thighs. These must all stay relaxed when doing Kegel exercises for men.

Now, on to the daily Kegel exercises for men.

Note: These exercises are done hands-free. You do not “squeeze” anything with your hands as they are all done with your PC muscles.

Exercise A
Sets: 3
Quickly clench and release repeatedly for 10 seconds.

Take a 10-second break between sets.

Exercise B
Sets: 10
Clench and release repeatedly for 5 seconds.

Take a 5-second break between sets.

Exercise C
Sets: 3
Tighten and hold your PC muscle for 30 seconds.

Take a 30 second break between sets.

That’s it for today, but repeat these Kegel exercises for men daily for one week.

Exercise A
Sets: 10
Clench and hold your PC muscle for 5 seconds.

Release and repeat.

Exercise B
Sets: 3
Quickly clench and release your PC muscle 10 times.

Exercise C
Sets: 3
Clench and release your PC muscle alternatively in long and short bursts for counts of 10.

Exercise D 
Sets: 1
Tighten your PC muscle and hold for as long as you can. Aim for 2 minutes.

You can do the session 2 Kegel exercises for men for a week; however, feel free to progress if you feel you are strong enough. Remember that these are strengthening exercises, so start off slowly and build up, just like you would with any other muscle.

Personal Message To All

Greetings

With no delay this blogg is about me answering some messages I been getting on Facebook asking me why I not doing any events ? or have I gave up on the local designers models etc. Before I answer these things I need to state why I have been more invisible but I wasn't not morbid.

I have been quiet yet busy with different projects which I would be hired to do. At the end of the day I needed to watch the industry from a employee view and observe. One thing I have noticed is that in T&T its sad to see that everyone is a promoter and everyone is a model (thanks to Facebook ofc) Now I don't mind someone deciding that they are going to "throw a party" and what not but I have a saying if your going to do something good do it good not halfway or of poor quality. I was apart of a organisation that it started off good but then I released that was the only one who actually wanted to not just have a event to make money but to also actually have a product that would be presentable and profitable to not just the organisation but to the participants as well. However I was targeted , blamed and used as a escape goat when things wouldn't go right. Thing is when children who haven't grown up try to play big boys without listening to someone who has the experience .. never ends well.


Well the result of that venture is that I lost allot of friends even people I would of considered most dear to me but most of all I lost a Product that I invested my heart and soul into because I believed in what it could of done for the Fashion and Modelling industry. Surrounded by lies and Snakes I took allot of bashing and made decisions I had to make for the Brand putting myself and my pride aside but in the end it served me nothing but a kick in the arse. The hardest decision I made was literally separating myself from that brand and wishing that team the best and I still do. However as I sit back and watch the product being shown it is not of good quality because even thou its good to give someone the Chance and the training to be a Model at the end of the day this is a Vanity Business and not everyone can be a Model. I know I am not stating a name because I wish not to slander anyone but Caribbean people can read in-between the lines very well. It took me a while to recover for the hurt I went trough working with the people I had to deal with in which at the end of the day I respect them but frankly wants nothing to do with them because my efforts always use to be non of worth.

With my observations sadly as I was saying before everyone wants to eat a food but when everyone is overdoing what people have a passion for may it be Parties, Modelling, Designing, Photography etc,, Makes it hard for when someone plans his/her venture but gets either no support from the masses because people think its just another event, companies don't want to sponsor because they see you as new and common hence being a liability to not be marketable and the list goes on and on. At the end of the day I support a person looking for a way to make a extra buck but be real with yourself, its either you get people who are educated and are willing to plan a proper event or you just invest your money in someone who is seasoned in it and stay in the background because your harming the industry even more. Being the employee shown me the dark sides of peoples and the good but one thing I realise is that selfishness is taking over our land and nobody at the end of the day wants to help another or has any humility but they wish to put a front on to peoples.




If anyone who truly knows me they know that once I can and your idea seams profitable I will go the distance but even thou I am accustom seeing and getting all sorts of dumb messages on Facebook this last one pushed me to right this blogg,, and I quote.

 "Mario. You seem to be working for the big names and doing things that you said you would never have done, yet again you forgotten where you came from. You portray a role that your willing to help and would make a difference yet still from what I have been told you don't business about anyone besides yourself. You reject offers and you abandoned ***Event*** wasn't that your passion ? to help models and designers also promoters as well? go to hell and live a miserable single life"

Now..... sometimes you does have to wonder where does people really come out from? or is it that human beings enjoy trying to hurt or make someone as miserable as them so that they can be happy ? Now I am no angle I have done stuff I have some regrets for but one thing I don't do is try to keep people down also abandon any project without reason. Everything I do is for a reason in which I promised not just to people but myself that I would provide a way for not just for myself to gain the fame, glory on  the industry but for the people who really deserve it as well. Even if its one event or competition or w.e I finally decide it to be I promise you that it would be of a high quality in which being apart of it would be fruitful also entertaining. But at the end of the day I am only 1 person and getting support for anything in Trinidad and Tobago these days (even since back then but its worsts now) is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack.

The only thing I could say to end this Rant if you want to call it that is that when the time comes I hope I could be supported because its not just about me but its about helping people achieve their dreams as well.
